WE MADE IT!

Can you guys believe the fall season has finally arrived?! I have been waiting for this moment ever since I decided to move back to the Midwest. It’s time for football games, cowboy boots and new baby calves!

I’m not a total crazy person. I realize that it’s still pretty warm outside, but I can’t help it. I’m wearing one of my favorite burnt orange dresses with a denim shirt jacket from Old Navy. We will get little breaks in the heat and that’s when I’ll decide to bring out a cute jacket or light weight scarf. I’ve also been wearing a bunch of orange. Not only because both of my favorite teams wear orange, but also because it’s the perfect fall color. I tied it all together with ultimate Dingo cowgirl boot.

My Cowboys are playing Baylor this week and you KNOW I’ll be in Texas for it! I plan on using this flowy dress to my advantage and stuffing myself with tailgate food. If there’s one thing fall does best, it’s bring out my competitive side, and I’ll be cheering on my team with all new TCDshop tees!

Remember how I mentioned baby calves a little bit ago? Well, that’s because it’s calving season! It depends on the cows, but my sisters cows just started having babies!

Not only is fall about carving pumpkins and finding the cutest blog photos, but it’s also about birthdays and family memories. I had a lot of Midwest memories that center around the fall season (including my birthday) and I’m excited to make new ones. These next few months won’t always be glamorous, but they will be exciting and will be the start of a new chapter in my life.

P.S. Any ideas on names for this little booger?!

    • It really is!
Especially since it blends well with everything else! I’m a sucker for anything that looks good with pumpkins and PSL’s. 🙂
