I mentioned in my last post that I’ve been wearing a lot more denim and blue hues. This has been my everyday style for the past few weeks and I’ve been loving it. Not only have these grey and blue colors been the cornerstone for the website, but they’ve also been a place of inspiration for a lot of my upcoming projects. I don’t love clothes that are uncomfortable, but if I get too comfy, and stay in yoga pants all day, I don’t get a lot of work done, which is no bueno. My field is really reliant on good time-management skills, and I am always working on multiple projects at a time. I am still in school but am doing more and more freelance work with design so I have to be really careful about budgeting my time, especially when I’m trying to build my business and create a strong online presence. If you’re still curious about how I juggle it all, I wrote some thoughts about getting inspiration for this post.

If I am in an uncomfortable mini skirt, I can’t sit still, and if I am in yoga pants, I will undoubtedly fall asleep on my couch. This outfit is my compromise! I’m a sucker for cotton T’s and these slouchy boyfriend jeans (which I am practically living in) are a good alternative to uncomfortable denim or less than flattering lycra leggings.
